Surf Admin abuse, keep calling vote to change map

Stirdu keep calling vote to change map, rtv didnt work, so tried "vote to change map" that didnt work, so tried another map until it changed.


not the first time ive seen this admin do this stuff.


i know that technically people voted, but surely constantly doing vote to change map when you dont like a map is abusing your powers
