!nextmaps

I recently thought about how often I use !hop to look at other servers' maps, see that the classic meta maps are on and then quit the game to come back an hour later. So I thought if you'd combine hop and nextmap to get a list with maps next up on the other servers I wouldn't miss out on good maps as much.

This should be fairly easy to implement (if no map has been voted for yet it could show as Pending vote just like nextmap, which would also help for finding a server to nominate a map on) and pretty useful for everyone imo
