Request to re-add surf_milyway

This map was already available on the KSF server, however it no longer shows up on the !nominate list and can't manually nominate it via !nominate surf_milkyway_ksf.

If possible, please fix/re-add this map to the servers as it is a great map to play on.

Tried that, didn't work. (Tried both !nominate surf_milkyway and !nominate surf_milkyway_ksf)
Some of the users are able to pull up that map information for surf_milkyway_ksf but can't nominate it for some reason.

I entered "sm_nominate surf_milkyway" in my console and it worked.
