This guy is aukans 2nd account, took him a few weeks to get 70wrcps and has been telling other players that he is aukan (me also) and as Aukan is perm banned I think, should he not be banned to? (Ban evasion)

I know that he has done some stupid skips that aren't/shouldn't be allowed. But how do people know if someone is cheating? It just all seems like speculation to me. I've spec'd him before and he just seems like a good surfer who likes to do dumb skips, spine bhops, double boosts, etc.

Another guy, CrazyTroll, who got all his times removed. He was pretty sketchy but there is no real solid proof. Someone would spec him and he would just leave the server. Again, just speculation.

Now if someone actually is cheating, all of their times should be removed. But is there a way to detect this? I'm talking about actual cheating, scripts, hacks. Not just double boosting, prehop, etc.

If someone could explain how surf cheats or movement recorders work, that would be great. Are these undetectable? I could never really find any information on it.

If they are hard to detect, than I guess we do have to all come to a consensus on who a cheater might be.

Do his times not get removed? I think the reason aukan his old account was banned was cheating cps, I thought ALL his times get removed?

I don't think when someone gets perma banned loses all his times. So you gotta report ALL his records
