Just because you make a new post every time gmmbearz gets banned doesn't mean the ban is unjustified.

No one's running around banning random people all over the place, it's the same people over and over again trying to piss everyone on the server off and getting banned for it.

It's unjustified because you are arguing from no no rule sources, but from heart + none of you have explained me any consistent principles of how you ban people when they say "wrong stuff". Neither do you agree about any rule source thereon intersubjetively which means - once again - you're arguing from nothing else than your own heart.
