Nyannix admin abusing

Nyannix has been kicking or banning me for 5 minutes after I've gagged people that I've known for a long time, which obviously isn't serious. They have the opportunity to !ungag, because they're VIP's and he's not warned me, before either banning or kicking me.
He's abused it, where a simple "hey stop doing that" would've been enough.

If that's actually what happened then it's pretty fucking dumb. I gag, mute friends as a joke and they do the same to me. It's just the way it is. Banning over something like it is ridiculous.
