ZERO ADMINS WERE PRESENT.

This man named Joe, aka (Toemox, Khooie, Toemax, Imax, etc.) has a total of 12 hours in CS:GO.

He constantly harassed and abused in voice and text form and was an obvious smurf (a low level that violates the ranking system in Counter Strike: Global Offensive.) and he is ruining the system for those who try to play it legitimately.

He has ruined the ELO points that other, legitimate silver league players have worked hard to rack up and is the thorn in the side of the ranking system, designed to keep players with other players in their skill group.

He completely carried the other team and harassed us with mic spamming and insults.
