A WIP that I might actually finish
I probably have like 30 unfinished maps from the past 2-3 months alone, but this one I might actually be able to finish. Slightly inspired by bhop_benchmark & bhop_badges2, the flat shadowed color theme is awesome, so I set out to make a surf map themed similar.

The glass on the ramps are cubemap textures though I was too lazy to build cubemaps before taking the screenshots, end result will have a hint of shininess over the ramps.
There's not much yet. I want to tone the base gray color a little bit more towards green, blue, or maybe something a bit warmer like red or orange if it looks good. It'll change over time, if I manage to keep up on this map I'll keep this thread updated.

QuakeLive, Furious Heights.
picmip is a command in Quake3 and QuakeLive that blurs the textures. Lot's of people play with textures blurred to flat for visibility.
