reason: "crouchboosting a bunch of wrcps..again"

none of my stage records are crouchboosted, any stage that involves a boost i simply did what the previous wrcp had done but better, which was prestrafing into a boost for more speed

also my !rp doesn't have any wrcps recently except for s2 portal which doesn't even have anything to crouch boost

freq b1 = strafe at end of water boost no crouching
