Spar wants to be perma banned, so who are we to deny him. He's been asking for one for the past few weeks and has even disrespected Head admins like deadeye just to get one.

His tag alone is admin disrespect and I have asked him to change it. If necessary I'll gather up some more evidence to further support my claims.
