New to css surfing have 600 hours in csgo surf

Hi im new to css surfing i have 1.8k hours in csgo and about 600 are from surf and i want to take surfing more serious and just want to say hi i do have a few question though like Are the surfing mechanics in css the same as csgo? and Is it css surfing easier, harder or the same?

mechanics are the same, css slightly easier. (2 ticks higher, smaller player models)

it's slightly easier due to 66 tick (vs 64 tick), the mechanics are the same except in css you can change the speed you turn when using +left/+right (cl_yawspeed) which is incredibly useful for surf.

It's also way more competitive so getting top ranks etc. is way harder
