Still no reply from admin about my ban or unban from bunnyhopping.

I have made 2 posts in the past on one it says "unbanned" yet im still banned and on the second i have gotten no straight answer. i would just like to know if i can get unbanned or not i can assure you i won't be a problem in the server again now i know the rules it was a genuine mistake. Just let me bask in the glory of css surf plzz. also my brothers account is banned which i can provide the steam id for if asked because i went on it to try and contact an admin and he just straight banned me again when all im looking for is an answer.
