Unable to connect

I'm having issues with connecting to both css and csgo servers. Every ksf-server I've tried to connect to times out after maximum amount of retries.
I used to be able to connect without any problems (stopped surfing a few years ago). Any help is appreciated.

I'm not using a vpn if that helps.

I've had issues for like the last week..
But it appears it was with my ISP, because it resolved itself when talking to them :)
