How do you know he didn't rape someone, maybe hes gloating about his actions and wants to do it again. A steam name is just a steam name. Saying Bomb in an airport is just saying a word. Generally, no one actually cares about a steam username but I guess an outlier has been found. Steam usernames aren't KSF's responsibility and even so there isn't a limit to what you can have it set to on the KSF servers (Unless you're perhaps undergoing impersonation I suppose) but generally defamation is accepted at the current administrators discretion. Usernames don't usually carry around denotations, meaning that they aren't literal or real. No one cares, and you shouldn't care.

Our general policy only restricts advertising on the servers. In the case of steam usernames, this is the responsibility of Valve to manage.
