I've lost all chat logs, but we were on kitsune2 with 2-3 more players apart of him and myself, others were normally surfing including negan (-___-) i asked nicely if we could go to the new map surf_zen, everyone agreed except him, on map change everyone left except negan, dabel and i where he got mad and started to insult me for changing level and continued with a repetitive amount of rtv and changelevel cvotes

After that i told Blink if he could come and manage the situation, blink asked negan what were he doing but he didnt say anything apart of rtv to changelevel, he kept doing that for like 3-4 more minutes until blink banned him for 1h
