surf_pox_revamp - surf_pox but not cancer.

The original gameplay of surf_pox has not been altered. This is simply a retexture which aims to make the map more viable for speedrunning.

The idea is that this will replace surf_pox, and surf_pox's checkpoints, zones, and times could simply be copied over to this version.

If this version doesn't change anything, maybe. Still not really necessary, I'd prefer map votes about NEW maps and not replacing old ones as mesa and pox.

All the ramps, walls, etc have been kept the same. This is just a retexture.
