How to edit your HUD?

I've seen this on morning's stream so im wondering how does one do this,anyone have their hud edited already and are they willing to upload it here?

There is a HUD made by Aixee based upon Lody's Surface HUD on a Github repository found here: https://github.com/aixxe/surface

As far as I'm aware about Morning's HUD, he uses 1440p resolution (I think) so it wouldn't work on other resolutions.

this is one is pretty cool only removes everything at the bottom of hud.
