Problem buying VIP

Hey everyone, a surfer named Syko bought vip today but has not received the rank in-game. When he does /vipstatus it shows that he indeed bought the rank today. He has relogged and still nothing. He was going to make a post about it here but could not login to ksf either. If anyone knows how to fix this/what the problem is it would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: He bought vip through !donate if that makes a difference
