Lol it doesn't feel like it is though xD, the ramps are just big, so that is why it is 10000. :P

My honest opinion of this map is that the textures are pretty bad, especially the rainbows everywhere, it strongly resembles a rebel_resistance surfing feel, all-over looks uninteresting.

You preferably need to map and make ramps according to sv_airaccelerate 150.. I havent tried the map but 10000 is just ridiculous xd
