surf_and_destroy and surf_lt_unicorn bugs

Hi,

surf_and_destroy crashes server every time, not instantly but after some time.

Everytime when someone joins server on surf_lt_unicorn, there is a really annoying lag, map is unplayable. (noticed on eu server)

Can confirm about surf_and_destroy making server crash everytime.

Thought it was only me, I kept trying to get a completion on surf and destroy but the servers decided to hate me
