I've reported his times but he still hasn't been banned. Check his replays, he is shaking like a madman.

He is still spamming the chat with commands as I am making this post.

Edit: Went on for 2-3 maps of straight /specinfo and /rank spam

I've informed Nowlech about this guy and his friend who also cheats multiple times over the past week or 2 and he has yet to be banned. :( Thanks for posting about it, hopefully this works.
