After entering bonus:
1. Start surfing
2. Enter spectators, e.g. !specbot
3. Pick team and respawn inside bonus
4. You get rid of high gravity/speed

Don't do that since that is meant to be completed with high speed , finding a glitch and abusing it may cause you to be banned but just dont : )

It's not known, thanks for telling me. I'll see what I can do, but I should add a new map first, I guess.
