surf_retroartz & surf_abstinens boosts broken [GO]

Yo,

The starting boost for surf_retroartz & s4 start boost on surf_abstinens is broken.
If you attempt to use it it's like s dropping mid air.

They just added the sv_clamp_unsafe_velocities cvar which fixes the boosts. Just be patient until they change the value.
