Nyannix admin abuse

Added lil neekeri (Nyannix) and he told me "eebu" forced him to ban me. I don't think we need admins who ban users just because someone forced them to. This has also happened so many times before and it's not even funny if it's only 1 minute, but in this case it was 60 minutes.
