CS:S Demo's

I need some help with cs:s demo, when watching and recording demos are jittery. I was wondering if there was a way to stop this? i have a video rendered and upload to youtube for you to see what i mean. would be greatly appreciated if someone could help. Video was both rendered and recorded @ 1080p 60fps.
