!mrank mapname ( surf_ prefix removal )

Hello,

I have a suggestion to fasten the usability process of the server, by allowing to type commands concerning the map pool without "surf_" infront of it.

I do not know all the commands where this could be in use, but i atleast got two examples.

!nominate surf_lore would be !nominate lore

and

!mrank surf_lore would be !mrank lore

!mrank lore wouldn't be viable because it searches for other online players' !mrank's on the current map by default, so untouch added the $ identifier for searching maps. Try !mrank $lore next time you're in the server

And by the way , in the case of $lore , it wont work because it will say that other maps have "lore" for example surf_para_gaLORE in their name so you will have to type the entire surf map name
