surf_animals moving parts removal?

Hey, is it possible to remove these random moving parts on s3 and s5 (when i remember correctly) like in css? On almost every other map, random spinning things got removed, so why not this map aswell?

its annyoing when going for top10 or even wr with these kind of things that randomly move.
