Surf_rands b3 broken?

I think surf_rands b3 is broken, one of the teles doesn't seem to exist anymore or isn't working.

I went around it multiple times with saveloc and could never get on the other side, unlike 3-4 weeks ago.

Nothing has changed, maybe a map reload would have fixed it. I don't see a reason why it would be gone out of nowhere.

The Teles Dont Work If you miss a Checkpoint or more , Thats Probably Why It Didnt work
