Settings for Offline Surfing?

So, as your average noob, I've been wanting to try and practice a few particular maps offline. The problem is that the default setting in CS:GO don't really translate well into surfing. I've looked about and have found quite a few different console settings, but I can't really find a straight answer. I was wondering if anyone on here could give me the console settings used by the KSF servers. Much appreciated!

For CS:GO you need -tickrate 64 as a launch parameter. Load your map and then paste "sv_accelerate 10; sv_airaccelerate 150; mp_timelimit 60; sv_cheats 1" into console. This will make your client the same/similar settings to KSF CS:GO servers.

or you could join one of the KSF servers and type 'map map_name' in console from there, you'll have the right settings to surf with
