surf_stagejuan_ksf b3 broken/bugged

For some reason the timescale bonus (b3) on stagejuan doesn't complete. I've beaten it a few times and every time I get to the last ramp the timer stops right before the ending tele.

I'm sorry, I have somehow forgotten about this over the holidays and everything and now beetle just "reminded" me. It should be working again now, in both CSS and CSGO.
