Attempting to get young players to click links with the purpose of sharing their ip's with the server, .Exedus ran the websites apparently, and sdk claims that he runs boosters for a living.

So posting someone's ip publicly on a server is just acting tough?

Anytime you go to any website you are giving away your IP address. I can't exactly prove that these two were doing anything malicious by posting a random IP address and links to stress testing websites.
