bhop plugin css

i need auto bhop for testing map... but
how to intsall auto bhop plugin on my css(local game) without downloading server?
using mousewheel + sv_enablebunnyhop gives strange result(random)

sv_enablebunnyhopping literally just makes it possible to bhop at all. Has nothing to do with auto. Autobhop is a certain sourcemod plugin on our servers.
