Simpsons map problem

When i play Simpsons on a local server (crappy internet) the platforms on stage 5 dont move? how do i make them move :( do i need to download something.

The communist KSF admins do not approve of such "moving platforms". They are damaging to the orderly and fair gameplay that our all-equal players deserve.

The map was fixed so that the platforms don't move anymore , before it was annoying af.
