Shoutbox problems

I didn't see anywhere else I should have put this topic so I'm placing it here.

So since I finally cleared my cookies I came back to the site, not logged in for once and I see the shoutbox. I was like oh shit this is awesome I love the shoutbox. Then I log in and it's gone. It's been here the entire time but it doesn't show up when I'm logged in? Am I banned from it or something? I checked all the settings and they're all right, I messed with the different settings a billion times and nothing makes it show up. It shows up perfectly fine when I'm not logged in.

Ill check and see if your particular usergroup has permission to view the shoutbox.
