Plugin used for teleport?

Aye. I'm trying to get a private local surf server for myself so I can practice the maps which I suck at (most of them). I've got a dedicated server setup with Mani Admin (dedicated server required for teleport), but the teleport/saveloc function doesn't save the movement speed. Could someone please tell me which plugin is being used for teleportation the KSF servers?

I installed and configured Zipcore's timer (quite the learning experience), but It doesn't have the teleport I'm looking for. Based on the teleport command "saveloc" used on KSF servers, I'm guessing that KSF uses Mani Admin Plugin for teleport and uses a script to boost a player after they are teleported. Thanks anyway.
