Nosh VIP Abuse

So nosh has been abusing his VIP mute powers...

I was playing music and as the rules state if its quality music/clips and not obnoxious spam then it is allowed except maybe in the case where the whole server doesn't want to hear it. Nosh on the other hand mutes me right off the bat before anyone has any time to say yes I want to listen or object and say no they don't. Not to mention he's doing this to other VIPS. This is actually the second time this happened today and the first time Deadeye was called in and I ended up muted but then was able to talk to Deadeye about it later and he advised me to get a demo since if he is actually muting music for the sole reason that he alone doesn't want to hear it that's breaking the rules.

He's told me flat out he doesn't give a fuck about what the rest of the server thinks and quote "evolv just laughs when people complain about mute abuse" I don't know if its true but I hope not. :(

Aight, although I don't like the shitty ingame quality of ANY music it's obviously stated in the rules that is allowed and therefore Nosh isn't allowed to silence you, there are other ways of personally muting you if he does not want to listen to it. I will ban him for a day, report if he does it again and then we'll see if evolv just laughs.

Well this is a very 1 sided story, But I would like to propose my side.

It goes like this. Inmate has a history of a bad mic. Going along with this, people PM me, and state ingame "Inmate please stop." So the mic spam, and obxnious music that is being played has to come to an end. I usually call a vote, but in this instance I did not because people were begging and pleading to stop the music. And about the Evolv thing, Peple have reported me before for the same thing, (Haderz), an he was in the wrong, therefore me not abusing. Evolv knows that I silence people who mic spam / Play obxnious music. I call a vote 9/10 times, and This time I made an exception because of the pleads and pm's I was getting. My rep on here might not be the best, But its not a popularity contest. I don't care who likes me, or who doesn't like me, I want the server as a whole to be happy. Deadeye can confirm that most if not all my mutes were called by a vote. I'm sorry you are on the tail end of this Inmate, but you just need to have personal respect for the people asking you to stop. Not just 1 person, but like 10-15. I would own up to anything I did if it were true. Clay, I do not even know you tbh... I only ban in the event of a Vote, or in this case Multiple people asking me to silence, plus the scratchyness of the mic. Therefore catagorizing it as obxnious. And when I call a vote for "Music?" If people say no, the next 2-3 maps no one will be allowed to play music. It's not a hard concept. Inmate fell into the category as obxnious, and just didn't even have the respect to stop when people begged him.

Alright, about an hour ago when Nosh went into the server, I confronted him about something between him and another player, and he said his side of the story, and I said "Only time will tell", but then I said something along the lines of "Besides, if you really did do that it's hard to believe, because ______" implying that I agree that maybe he didn't do it, because it's hard to believe that someone would scam someone for that small of an amount.

Then he silenced me.

This was on the map Surf_voteforthisone, and it was a bit after or around the time of 7:30PM California time.

Krazy said that there is a system that records in the server, and that if someone could find the recording, it would prove this, you know, along with the witnesses who are in that chat log.
