Is spamming. Here's the best proof I can give I don't know how to do the thing in console.

Okay heres one of people saying hes spamming and another one of him still spamming like 5 minutes later.
He basically, isn't doing anything constructive just whistling into the mci a little bit and also I think he has his speaker near his headphones so whenever someone talks it just plays back through his mic, BUT REALLY LOUD.
