Block Communication Not Working

Block communication is not working in the KSF GO servers and there is a bad problem with mic spamming right now. These two are the culprits, and if theres anyway you can fix this problem that would be wonderful

The only way to fix it, is to either have a member mute them or me ban them. If you get a demo of someone mic spamming, I will permanently ban them for you. (Decent quality music does not constitute mic spamming, but loud, obnoxious, screeching/screaming music or sounds is.)
