Before I make a complaint I would like to ask a question to clarify the rules. I have not donated for VIP, so I am not certain; figured this was a good spot to ask, just in case it goes into a complaint. How many times can a VIP make an extension vote AFTER their extension vote was just DENIED the first time?

After they make one Extend Map Vote...and that is denied.

After they make a second Extend Map Vote...and that is denied.

And then they make a third Extend Map Vote...and that is successful.

What is the limit? That's all I'm wondering :) Thank you!

Oh. Okay. So they can spam extend a map even if it's been denied repetitively?

Lets say two extends are allright, if it exceeds 3 I would consider it as abuse. After 2 failed votes you should realize that it will not pass and accept it.

However, there's no rule stating that so it's just my opinion.
