VIPs still abusing

Ruby Lilly decided to go on a hissy fit because we didn't want to extend a map, he proceeded to spam change map. He gagged anyone who said anything. Kept saying he hast he right to gag me if I say a bad word. I said no bad words or what he deems necessary for gagging. This is the 3rd time I'm reporting VIPs abusing their powers.
