Degrading My Rank Back to a Rookie.

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section :s

Hey there! I was just wondering if there was a way that I could remove my current rank back to being a rookie again. I don't feel like an expert right now, because I haven't surfed in a long time, and I wanted to start up nice and fresh again. So if there is a possible chance to get a rookie title again with everything wiped clean (without buying a new account of course), it would be greatly appreciated :D

To me it's like starting a new game again, like skyrim or something, and I would like to redo everything, even if I don't have access to the expert server. To you it might seem foolish, but I'm not asking for your opinion on the topic.
