Number of people on the server at the time: 30-40~

Admins online(afk or not): I don't believe any or else action would have taken far before this had happened due to previous spamming that was happening.

Reason you are requesting this ban: Chat Spam.
I'm in KSF Reg server and there's quite a few people spamming chat.
pig starts spamming nomination votes of multiple maps for an extended period of time.
I attempt to gag/mute/silence him to stop him from completely destroying the chat. This didn't work. I was then antagonized and called a faggot etc.
