-What is hyperscrolling?
-Is bhop with mouse wheel allowed?
-Is there any map pack that includes all the maps of the servers?

Hyperscrolling is an automated macro that spams +jump ridiculously fast.

Regular mousewheel is good.

Just a last doubt, why do some people, chiefly pro surfers, turn on and off the lantern so quickly while they surf? How do they do it and what for?

They probably just bind the flashlight to scrollwheel. Theres no real use for it.
