Rooster timescaling

Reason: timescaling with surftimer ON

i didint see eny admins on at the time to get him/her to ban him so i made the demo.

I actually gotta agree, it looks like timescale. Funny thing is that he is not using it to get wrcps or whatever but to be able to beat stuff which he is too bad for, therefore making it just a lot slower. Still, timescaling is timescaling. It pretty much looks like it to me.
Furthermore I've been told that he was "lagging in a weird way" a few weeks ago on exile, I didn't bother speccing him but I guess that was the same.

I remember that. It looked like he was playing with !speed <1 but his timer was enabled.

On that demo its clearly some sort of timescale because when he moves his mouse, he doesn't lag at all hes moving his mouse slowly to get a good land
