Looking for the penis prop in surf_the_distance

Hey guys, I'm making a TF2 dodgeball map at the moment and wanted to put the penis model you get at the end of surf_the_distance as a bonus within it.

Does anyone have any idea where I can get the model? I have talked to several surfers and searched Google with no luck.
