Well , you have to be at least 16 years old , but I know that there has been at least one exception.

As far as I remember or as I have seen , you didn't talk much and mostly to your countrymen and not in english.

But I haven't been active the last time , so it could be outdated.

But you are the nicest guy from that region , most of them are annoying and often don't speak english.

Because I still don't know if I can vote and I am unsure I won't say yes or no.

It doesn't really depend on age untouch, some of those "older" guys are much more immature than prototype
