Don't know if this applies to all of those maps, but atleast some of them crash the server. Courtesy of the update.

surf_commune_again_beta3 - dont want to add, its too old, gives me a headache
surf_annoyance - crashes the server
surf_B_r_o_x_X_x - never heard of
surf_wazor - crashes the server
surf_S_t_a_t_i_o_n - crashes the server
surf_quantum - crashes the server
surf_animals - garbage map, maybe ill add it one day
surf_dice - um, not on my list, i suppose i can add it to the list
surf_method_2 - never heard of
surf_paranoid_enigma - crashes the server
surf_zion - probably on my list idk
surf_flashlight - a piece of crap

I also have other maps on my list. I don't have the time to add maps any more unfortunately, and I don't know when that will be, maybe a holiday when I have several days off? For now I have school followed by work on the weekends and all my spare time at home is spent studying.
