Getting people more involved on the forums.

So it seems that its pretty much only the same 10-15 that are every on the forums, and most of us are ksf members. For starters, we need to get everyone in ksf on here and posting, but also just the community in general. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to do this? I'm personally kind of at a lose for ideas other than just telling people to get on. Thoughts on this? Perhaps provide certain perks or benefits to people that reach a certain number of posts?

duno bout members or any ppl but we could have a rule that new applicants have to be active on the forums for...2(?) weeks... but that isnt rly motivating anyone to take part here permanently...
