Unban me by Raper

i Was playing at 1:20 pm of 27/02/2010 and i log in to server and i get banned...i wasn't have activated any hack and i want to play again

If you do not know how to record a demo I will explain briefly.
Open Console
Type record (name of demo)
When your done recording type stop in console
The demo will be located within your steam folder
