I was playing on your guys' server for the first time today, and I happened to comment on how someone's grammar wasn't right... someone said that my grammar was improper. Upon retorting to this inaccurate accusation, I was muted...

Personally, I don't think that you should let administrators on your server go around muting people they have minor disputes with.

And if anyone thinks that I was disrespecting the admin and got muted because of that, I'd like everyone to know that I had no way of knowing he was an admin.

Honestly, you probably shouldn't have been muted, but next time pay attention. You're only asking for trouble when you go on a clan server and insult a clan member. Always just assume someone with a clan tag on is an admin. Thats how it is in ksf and lots of other servers.

Sadly shit happens [in life and elsewhere].

This will be taken into account if further complaints are made but as far as your incident I don't understand whats the fuss all about? Maybe chat log is only telling half the story?

I'd just like to say that shit around here does get taken too seriously. I mean look what happened when I kicked that .kjære. chick from the server, she goes and posts right away and then I end up taking the complaint seriously. In general every one is so tense about everything lol

aka thanks for the input, and i'm pretty sure you're unmuted so all is well. current and past admins have lost control because of abuse, so if the "abuse" would continue repercussions (sp?) would soon follow.

Exactly what lackless said. We will take this into account if there are further problems. Was it unnecessary? Yes, but you have to remember, the motd DOES say respect all admin. I agree its not really disrespect, but still. It is your responsibility to know who an admin is. It clearly states all of our members on the motd.

Also, please do not treat us as though we are stupid. We recognize that this is about the fact that you think he abused, not so much you QQing about being muted. Next time come in and act respectful/don't just argue with us about this. Every person who posted in this topic has been an admin on our server for a long time and certainly knows what they are talking about.

I don't think any of us are dicks to any players because we are 'admin', but if a player comes in for the intent of being a dick that when it SHOULD be used, I've over used my admin in the past(on different servers before you ask), but now I only use it for practicing and to sort out dicks, thats the way it should be right?
